- Clarify the purpose and contribution of each Network to the organisation’s core goals.

- Provide consistent support and appraisal for Network leaders, ensuring their work is recognised and effective.
- Create governance, transparency, and assurance that Staff Networks are genuinely inclusive and representative.
- Build Networks that add value both to members’ career development and to your organisation’s strategic priorities.
How we will work with you?
We will engage both senior sponsors and Network leaders to co-create frameworks that ensure Staff Networks are purposeful, supported, and impactful.
Our approach includes:
- Executive Engagement (Kick-off Session): Working with the ExCo/EDI Strategy Group and Executive Sponsors to define the role, purpose, and accountability of Staff Networks, including Terms of Reference.
Chairs and Co-Chairs Development (Two Sessions):
- First, we will support leaders to identify how their Networks bring new perspectives to strategy, build member career development and progression, and operate inclusively while maintaining accountability.
- Second, we will work with them to design their objectives, annual work programme, definition of success, and the type of support they need to deliver effectively.
Consolidation and Governance (Final Session)
- Facilitating a joint meeting of Chairs, Co-Chairs, Executive Sponsors, and the ExCo/EDI Strategy Group to agree and sign off terms of reference, objectives, support structures, and success measures.
Throughout the process, we will create clarity on responsibilities, ensure roles have appropriate time and recognition, and design appraisal processes for Chairs and Co-Chairs.
